I’m Nothing Special Really

After years in a relationship with Sajad, Feri’s life begins to unravel when a seemingly insignificant moment between him and his former partner, Mahdis, awakens a deep sense of mistrust. Their confrontation that night brings the relationship to an end.

A week later, Feri’s sister Maryam sees Sajad and Mahdis together again. At the same time, Navid, who has developed feelings for Maryam, begins trying to find his way closer to her.

As summer comes to an end, Feri and Maryam leave Tehran and travel north, hoping that distance will offer some relief from the emotional aftermath of the separation. But beneath their closeness as sisters lies an unspoken secret that quietly connects their relationships and their past.
